Combined Medical Services Examination 2015

Eligibility:  
1)      Passed written and practical parts of the final MBBS exam
2)      And must not have attained the age of 32 as on January 1, 2014

More about the Exam:
The selection process comprises part-I written examination (500 marks) in two papers each paper (two hours duration) carrying a maximum 250 marks and part-II carrying personality test carrying 100 marks of the candidates who qualify on the results of the examination.

Paper-I would consists of
(a) General ability-30 questions
(b) General medicine- 70 questions
(c) paediatics-20 questions on (a) surgery-40 questions (b) gynecology and obstetrics 40 question and (c) preventive and social medicine 40 questions.

The written examination in both the papers will be completely of objective question (multiple choice answers) type. There will be penalty (negative marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the objective type question papers to the extent of one third of the marks allotted to that question, if no answer is given by candidate, there will be penalty.

Medium of Answering:  English only.
